Here's Where We're Different
Unlike other care companies, we don't hide your annual leave in your hourly pay - you get paid separately for your leave. We calculate travel time AND visit time properly (not "as the crow flies"). Everything's transparent and fair.
Vehicle emergency? We've got a pool car to support you, so you don't lose hours when life throws a curveball.

Pay Rates
Our pay increases with your length of service. The longer you stay, the more you earn.

Mileage reimbursement: 25p per mile, calculated automatically via the company app (petrol/diesel vehicles only).
Shift Patterns
Shifts are a mix of 7am-2pm, 2pm-9pm, and 7am-9pm (full days). Each shift averages around 6 hours.
Your rota repeats every two weeks so you always know when you are and are not working. You choose which shifts you want in the application form below.
A minimum of 4 weekend shifts per fortnight is required - you decide how to split them across the two weekends.

- Full driving licence and access to a vehicle (car, motorbike, etc.)
- Kind, caring nature and commitment to quality
- No experience necessary - we provide full training
