A dementia diagnosis changes everything for a family. You're suddenly navigating confusion, worry and a healthcare system that doesn't always make things easy. We're here to take some of that weight off your shoulders. Every single one of our carers is dementia-trained - not just a tick-box exercise, but genuine, in-depth training that helps them understand what your parent is going through and respond with patience, empathy and skill.

We build routines that feel familiar and safe. Our carers learn your parent's life story, preferences and triggers so they can provide care that feels natural, not clinical. This includes personal care delivered with patience and dignity, medication management and prompts, meal preparation (including managing changed appetites), companionship and meaningful activities, safety monitoring and fall prevention, and support with communication as needs change. We use the Nourish care system to log every visit in detail, so you always know how your parent is doing - even from a distance.

For someone living with dementia, seeing unfamiliar faces can be distressing. That's why every client is assigned 3-4 dedicated carers who visit regularly. Your parent builds genuine relationships with people they recognise and trust. Our internal bank team covers holidays and illness, so your parent always sees someone they know.

Caring for a parent with dementia is emotionally exhausting. We support families too - keeping you informed, involving you in care decisions, and offering respite care so you can take a break when you need one. We serve families across Morecambe, Bare, Torrisholme, Heysham, Bolton le Sands, Carnforth and surrounding areas.
