Our visit times are honest
When we say 50 minutes or 20 minutes, that is the actual care time your loved one receives - it does not include any travel time. Most other companies advertise "1 hour" or "30 minute" visits, but that includes the carer's travel time to and from the property. So you might think you are getting an hour of care, but in reality your loved one only receives 40-45 minutes. We believe in being transparent about the time actually spent with your loved one.

What's included in every visit
Bank holidays: Visits on bank holidays are charged at double the standard rate.
How billing works
We invoice on a 4-week cycle. Invoices are paid by direct debit, with approximately one week for processing. Every invoice is itemised so you can see exactly what each visit cost.
There are no hidden charges, setup fees or cancellation penalties. If you need to cancel a visit, simply use our online cancellation form or call us.
Help with funding
Many of our clients receive financial support towards their care costs. Options include council-funded care, Attendance Allowance, NHS Continuing Healthcare and Personal Independence Payment. We can help you understand your options.
