If a dose is missed or a carer notices something unusual, the system flags it immediately to our supervisors - and we contact you and the GP if needed. We run monthly medication audits to make sure everything is accurate and up to date. No detail slips through the cracks.

Every carer is trained in safe medication administration and holds a minimum Level 2 Health and Social Care qualification. 80% hold advanced certifications. We also provide specialist support for complex medication needs, including PEG tube feeding and controlled drugs, always working closely with your parent's healthcare team.
