MoralCare was built to fix what's broken in home care. We're not a franchise or a faceless agency - we're a family-run team based on Marine Road Central in Morecambe.
Our story
Rebecca Williamson started MoralCare in 2021 after seeing first-hand the gaps in home care quality. She wasn't a businessperson looking for a market - she was a health and social care professional who knew families deserved better.
After years of working in care and witnessing rushed visits, inconsistent carers and a lack of genuine compassion, Rebecca decided to build something different. Something families could actually trust.
Today, MoralCare serves families across Morecambe and surrounding areas with a team of 20 dedicated carers - every one of them DBS-checked, qualified and genuinely passionate about what they do.
