Our Story
Built from frustration, driven by purpose
MoralCare was born out of frustration. Before we started, we saw the same problems playing out across the care industry time and time again - and nobody seemed willing to fix them.
Visits were being rushed. Carers were being sent to people they had never met, in areas they did not know, with no real connection to the clients they were supposed to be looking after. Managers were impossible to get hold of. Families were left chasing answers that never came. Standards were not just slipping - they were being ignored entirely.
The people receiving care deserved better. They deserved carers who actually lived locally, who genuinely cared about the person behind the care plan, and who had the time to do the job properly - not clock-watch their way through a 15-minute visit before rushing off to the next one.
So we set out to do things right. Not just sometimes - every single time. That has been our mantra from day one: always do things right. No shortcuts, no excuses, no compromises on the things that matter most.
We built MoralCare around the principle that if you look after your carers properly, they will look after your clients properly. If you give people enough time to do the job well, they will do it well. If you are honest, transparent and accountable, families will trust you - and they will stay.
Today, MoralCare is an award-winning, CQC-registered provider with 100% five-star reviews and zero missed visits. The mission has not changed. We are still doing things right - every visit, every day.
