Familiar faces, every visit

In Torrisholme, our clients tell us the thing they value most is knowing who will be at the door. That is why we assign a core team of 3-4 carers to every person we support. These carers learn your loved one's preferences, their morning routine, how they take their tea and what makes them smile.

We do not use agency staff. If a carer is unavailable due to holidays, sickness or absences, other equally well-trained and friendly carers from our team step in - all with full access to care plans so your loved one's routine is never disrupted. You should expect to see some different faces from time to time, but they will all be just as capable, caring and familiar with your loved one's needs.

We respond to every new enquiry within one hour and care plans can typically begin within one week of your first conversation with us.
