Transparent pricing
Clear pricing. No contracts. No surprises.
We believe you deserve to know exactly what you're paying for - and exactly what you're getting. No hidden fees, no lock-in contracts, no small print.
Why our prices are based on time with your loved one
Most care companies quote 1-hour or 30-minute visits - but up to 10 minutes of that is travel time. We're different. Our prices reflect the actual time a carer spends with your parent, not the time it takes to get there.
Our rates
Same rate for weekdays, weekends, evenings and bank holidays. No PPE surcharges. No petrol fees.
Daily visits (7 days a week)
£26.99
50-minute daily visit
Ideal for personal care, medication management, meal preparation and companionship.
£18.99
20-minute daily visit
Suitable for welfare checks, medication prompts, and light support.
Non-daily visits (e.g. once or twice a week)
£29.99
50-minute non-daily visit
For clients who need support a few times a week rather than every day.
£21.99
20-minute non-daily visit
For largely independent clients who benefit from occasional check-ins.
What's always included
No 12-month contracts. Ever.
We don't believe in locking families into long-term agreements. Care needs change, and you should be free to adjust, pause or stop care without penalty.
