April's carer of the month has been awarded to....
This months carer of the month award goes to Emily Philo. A care worker who has shone bright this month in more ways than one. Emily is an absaloute assett to our team and adored by all services and colleagues alike. She never gives up on anyone and has one of the most warm, humble and caring personalites. She is always going above and beyond and finding ways to help people beyond just the care plan. We couldn't be more proud to have someone on our team that dispalys such dedication to her service users and such loyalty to her team.
